Bed and Breakfast - Kingsize Double / Twin, En-suite From £65.00 per room per night

Single occupancy - From £45.00 per person per night

Children over 5 and under 16 years of age sharing parents will incur a £15 supplement

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

To secure your booking a small deposit of 20% will be required payment can be made by any valid credit or debit card, on receipt of a deposit, confirmation of your reservation will be sent by email. Overseas visitors advice given when booking. The remainder of account is to be settled prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

We require seven working days written advance notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given the deposit will be retained. If however, we are able to re-let to another customer we will only charge for any shortfall. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the room in the event of a short notice cancellation.

Check in/out times

Immediate occupancy of the rooms cannot be guaranteed before 4p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you intend to arrive late in the evening. Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made.

No smoking

Greenbrae Bed and Breakfast has a strict non smoking policy within the rooms or house but guests are free to smoke outside within designated areas.

Pets

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dogs within the house, except guide dogs. Owners may bring dogs if they are happy to be left in the vehicle. Other pets by agreement.
